Slip and fall cases against big corporations can be tough, but they sure can be rewarding

When looking into a slip and fall case, a lot lost must be taken into account. First of all, it must be proven that there truly was something there that caused the injured person to fall. Be it a puddle, a patch of ice, or an uneven chunk of sidewalk, there has to be some sort of proof that an obstacle was there. The family of the instructor who was killed have decided to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the gun range in Arizona. This lawsuit comes at a time of many gun rights debates across the nation. Recently, Ford announced that the company has plans to build self-driving cars that will be available by the year 2021. Though it is unclear whether or not these cars will be available to consumers in 2021, self-driving cars certainly are beginning to inch closer and closer to becoming widely used consumer products. It's entirely possibly that thirty years from now, many of us will reminisce about the glory days when people actually had to drive their cars, and teenagers had to take driving tests in order to get driver's licenses. Self-driving cars would undoubtedly make driving easier, especially on long road...
